At Weiler Abrasives, we have resin fiber grinding discs available in our Tiger and Wolverine product lines in several grain types. We also have a wide range of sizes available, with options ranging from 4-inch resin fiber discs to large-diameter 9-inch RFDs.
This fiber disc is powered by the legendary speed and long life of 3M Precision-Shaped Grain. Once the weld is quickly leveled, the 36+ grit scratch pattern can easily be blended and finished with a Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc. Our product range. Available with a velour-back or self-adhesive coat. Abrasives can quickly and easily be changed thanks to velour-backed discs and plates. The TOP SIZE grinding-active additional layer increases the cutting performance while at the same time reducing the temperature in the grinding area. Available in grit sizes 16 to 220.
Our Standard Abrasives Aluminum Oxide Resin Fibre Disc achieves a fast cut and provides robust durability for heavyweight metal applications such as weld grinding, beveling, flame-cut edge cleanup and deburring on larger areas of ferrous metals.
